From the moment you walk through the door the service is impeccable, professional, and the atmosphere relaxing. For me it started with Vanessa who was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. She was able to advise and guide me with every question I had throughout my whole experience. Chris, Master Injector, was so patient and he suggested and explained in detail exactly what he thought I needed. No more, no less. He is a perfectionist and made me so comfortable that I was very relaxed throughout the whole experience with him. I'm grateful I had him because the results were great. Then there's Dr. Drew. His bedside manner is excellent.. He was so patient in explaining the procedure over and over again to me until I understood what to expect. He put my mind at ease before and after and is always available to answer all my after care questions and concerns.. The final expected result is still ongoing but judging from the present result-- I'm very satisfied, and I know that the final result will make me even more so. More
