This 23 year old patient came to Inspire Cosmetic with size 36A breasts. She was very unhappy with her lack of breast development during puberty and was seeking a larger more symmetrical size for her stature. This is a complex case due to the fact the patient had very constricted breasts. She decided on 265cc, silicone gel implants. Inframammary incisions were made bilaterally, and the implants were inserted through the submuscular plane. The end results are beautiful, fuller breasts.
