In this particular case the patient came in asking for larger, fuller breasts that sat higher on her chest. A breast lift, also known as a mastopexy, was completed to raise the breasts by removing excess skin and tightening the tissue in order to reshape and support the new breast contour. A breast augmentation was also completed to help achieve a fuller size that the patient desired which was a C/D cup.
